During Dutch Design Double 2009 where we showed all different kinds of work, prototypes and sketches in the basement of the building where we are located. The exhibition called ' Inventory' gave an inside on some of the projects we have been working on the last five years.

What's happening at Joris Laarman Studio? What grabs their attention today, how did they get to that point and where will they be tomorrow? It is all in the game at ' Inventory' : a 600 square metres big creative introspective of the studio. Inventory has been build like a time machine around Joris Laarman's fascinating objects and installations. A track along drawings, prototypes and photo / video archives brings you closer to the inspiration, context and development of the studio. Inventory is the first opportunity to see the complete works of Joris Laarman Studio. The exhibition takes place in a daily working environment of Joris Laarman Studio. Since january 2009 and after five years in Rotterdam, we're based at ' Studio OH3', a recently founded ' broedplaats' (creative hotspot) in Amsterdam.
